How to Apply

Application Policy(PLEASE READ)
  1. Review the job opening for the minimum requirements. (i.e. degree and years of experience)

  2. Submit an Electronic Application for the position of intent.Submission is verified automatically via e-mail.

  3. Your e-mail address as well as your social security number is required for the application. Please see the Notification of SSN Collection and Usage for questions.

  4. Submit a corresponding Pool Authorization Card (What is this?) for the position.

  5. Verify the pool card submitted matches the job category of the application submitted.
    (Example: Submit a Faculty application to apply for a Faculty position. A Full-Time Professional & Career Application is incompatible with a Faculty pool authorization card.)

  6. Forward required transcripts. Transcripts must be from a regionally accredited institution of higher education (showing at least the minimum qualifications; i.e.: degree conferred). Transcripts must accompany all applications for positions that require a degree. Fax required transcripts to 352-873-5885 or scan and e-mail to hr@cf.edu.

  7. Submit a pool authorization card independently only when a corresponding application is on file in the job category.

  8. The status of a position is indicated with each vacancy announcement, as shown:
